Our Favorite Design Tools for Mobile
We use a lot of tools in the course of a project. From collaboration software to billing suites, an opensource jabber server for chat to an internally-developed release management system, our infrastructure is of very high value to every team member and client.
There are some tools, though, that are relevant to the Mobile practice that kind of blow the rest of our applications out of the water.

Devel
There are several roles in a Drupal development team. Nearest and dearest to most clients' hearts are the people who take design assets and development effort and marry them. These people are known as Themers. They can do some pretty miraculous things.
Fluid Work
I think of work as a fluid stream. It needs significant throttling sometimes (think "fire hose v. faucet"), but it comes, gets done, and goes. Simple, right? But what work does one do? How do you possibly make the call -- first-in/first-out ("FIFO") all the time? And is it just a matter of prioritization, or is there a deeper layer at which to analyze? This is where I've had to structure my thinking a bit, albeit with a little help.
Staffing for the Present Perfect Future Tense
I'm a big fan of "solving the business problem you have." My clients will have tired of hearing me say it someday, but it's true. That's not to say that planning and execution on a large scale are not possible. In fact, some of the greatest accomplishments in history stemmed from visions executed over very long periods of time. What I'm *really* saying is to not invent business problems for yourself. Anticipate, sure. Contingency, contingency. But what you do next should probably be quite simple.
Content Strategy
Drupal expert Gregory Heller was recently featured on the Lullabot podcast Drupal Voices on the subject of content strategy. Mr. Heller is from CivicActions, an excellent Drupal firm dedicated to social causes.
